01
Access and eligibility
Jerry Guest Wi-Fi (the “Service”) is a complimentary, privately operated connection for invited visitors at Sunrise City View. Access is granted at the discretion of the private network administrator (the “Operator”) and may be personal, time-limited, non-transferable or subject to additional authorization.
02
Bandwidth and fair use
To maintain a reliable experience for all guests, the Operator may allocate, prioritize, reduce, throttle or cap upload and download speeds, apply quality-of-service preferences, and manage heavy-traffic activities where supported by the equipment. Streaming, large downloads, peer-to-peer transfers, cloud backups or other high-volume use may be limited. No minimum speed or latency is guaranteed.
03
Connection and device limits
The Operator may limit how many devices connect, change Wi-Fi credentials, restrict connection times, disconnect inactive devices, schedule access hours or require fresh authorization. The Service may be paused for maintenance, interference, congestion or technical issues.
04
Network separation and security
Guest internet access does not grant access to private household networks, computers, printers, shared files, smart-home devices or router-management interfaces. Where available, guest isolation, firewalls and device-access controls may be enabled. Attempts to bypass these safeguards are prohibited.
05
Acceptable use
Guests must comply with applicable laws. The network must not be used for harassment, fraud, phishing, spam, distributing malicious software, copyright infringement, accessing systems without permission, network attacks, unauthorized scanning or activity that unreasonably disrupts other people.
06
Content and service restrictions
The Operator may use available router security tools, DNS filtering, access controls and other network settings to restrict malicious sites, phishing, risky downloads, applications, network ports, service categories or specific devices. Filtering cannot detect or block every threat.
07
Network information and privacy
For network management and security, the Operator may review technical information made available through connected network equipment or associated services, such as device names, local or device identifiers, connection status, approximate usage, access events and security alerts. The Operator does not claim to read the contents of encrypted messages or HTTPS traffic. Internet providers and third-party services may also process data under their own policies.
08
Your device and credentials
Guests remain responsible for their own devices, personal information and safe browsing. Keep access credentials confidential, install security updates and avoid unsafe files. Do not share credentials with anyone who has not been authorized to use the network.
09
Suspension or withdrawal of access
Subject to applicable law, the Operator may block, disconnect, restrict or withdraw access without prior notice when necessary to protect security, privacy, household resources, other users or network performance, or if misuse is suspected.
10
Service availability and liability
The Service is offered on an “as available” basis and may be interrupted or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator makes no guarantee of uninterrupted service, performance or absolute security. Nothing in these Terms limits legal rights that cannot be excluded.
11
Updates and agreement
These Terms may be revised from time to time. By using this guest network, you agree to comply with the current conditions to the extent permitted by law. This welcome page acknowledges agreement but does not control internet access or record consent.
